Stand-up Paddle boarding or ´SUP´ is a unique way to discover places around the Algarve coastline only accessible by sea.
Stand Up Paddling is the fastest growing ocean sport. A no-impact sport that will positively affect you mentally, physically and emotionally.
No experience necessary. Paddle board gives you the freedom to move around and reposition yourself to wherever you feel comfortable, standing up or on your knees, regardless of age or skill level you will find that our tour offer enough flexibility to make your experience with us safe and rewarding.The techniques are easy to grasp and our expert guides are always available throughout the adventure to lend a hand and give you pointers and improve your skills.. The guides will also give a water safety briefing before starting the tour.
We set off from Albufeira Marina and we’ll leave on a catamaran, here you can enjoy the stunning views of the coastline and relax on board, for the first 30 minutes of the tour. Then you’ll get onto the paddle boards and continuing the tour, starting at slow pace, getting into practice. You’ll have the opportunity of paddling along the fantastic coastline, take pictures of the amazing rock formations, secluded beaches, caves and be one with nature.
Before returning, take a dip in the ocean to cool off, before getting back aboard the boat to return to the marina, sit back relax and enjoy a drink or two and listen to some summer tunes.
