1. Using the service

 

The customer commits to use the current service, complying with current laws and regulation that are applicable, as well as its terms and regulations here stated.

 

Algarveticket.pt can at any time, change in full or partly, the terms and regulations heres stated. The customer cannot at anytime change the content of the service. Online customers are considered final consumers. The sale process is subject to the comlpliance of regulations defined under the law n°25/2008, 5th of June, related to the regime of prevention and repression of laundering advantages of ilegal origin and the funding of terrorism.

 

 

 

2. Online shop products

 

 

 

It can be acquired from the online shop, products or services properly identified in the respectives catalogues. Unvailability of a product/service on the online store does not mean that the same product is sold out in Algarveticket.pt, it can be available through a different distribuition channel within the company.

 

 

 

3. Prices

 

 

 

All prices presented in the catalogues include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of purchase. The Algarveticket.pt informs that all current prices in the http://www.algarveticket.pt are exclusive of the Online Algarveticket.pt and that prices may vary to the Algarveticket.pt physical stores.

 

 

 

4. Delivery

 

 

 

The delivery of any product/service chosen from the existing catalogues is made in agreement with its placement in the shopping basket, to some products/ services properly identified on the online store, purchase may be limited to a certain quantity.

 

For purchases equal or  over 40€, Algarveticket.pt in cooperation with its partners makes available vouchers, depending on the value of the purchase. These are totally under the partners responsibility.

 

Members can select their vouchers up to 7 days after offer notification. These may be selected in different days. Listing of available vouchers is update at the minute.

 

The customer can cancel the delivery by using the following e.mail: geral@algarveticket.pt.

 

 

 

5. Cancelation

 

 

 

Cancelation over 48 hours after using the service, will be entitled to a refund of 90% of the amount paid.

Cancelation of bookings inferior to 20 euros will not be entitled to any refound.

Cancelation with less than 48 hours of using the service will not receive any type of refund.

 

Cancelation order will only be valid when package number and customer name is identified.

 

 

 

Is up to Algarveticket.pt or its partners to cancel any service without previous notice, here are the cases: atmospheric conditions or any holdback that prevents it from happening. In these cases a full refund is given to the final consumer.

 

 

 

6. Payment methods

 

 

 

Products/ services can be made through different electronic payment methods, available with no extra cost to the consumer.

 

Payments using Paypal or ATM:

 

 

 

- Payment should be made up to 1 hour after purchase;

 

- Payment not received up to 1 hour after purchase will be cancelled.

 

- Paypal system is only available yo purchases equal or over 5€.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

9. Online registration

 

 

 

The individual register on the online store is made in “Register”. The register will allow an easier selling process, with the recording of customer data, allowing a quicker recognition of the customer, without the need of digitalisation. Customers can update their personal data everytime you purchase on the online store. The quick access is restricted to each user and assured by the use of a password that should be changed after using it for the first time. This data is sent to the customer via e.mail to allow its confidenciality. It is the customers full responsability for its previous use.

 

 

 

8. Privacy and Safety Policy

 

 

 

Algarveticket.pt collects customers data with the purpose of managing customers accounts, invoicing, information performance, according to the authorisation explicit for such effect, assuming a commitment of privacy and safety in the processing and maintaining personal data of each customer, under the law n°67/98 of 26th of Outocber. All payment process, from the payment selection to the insertion of all data included in the payment process of the package, is properly protected with the proper electronic security tools.

 

 

 

9. Law applicable and competent jurisdition

 

 

 

For this agreement is applicable the portuguese law. For the resolution of any litigious emergents with this contract is competent the court of Comarca de Albufeira , with express renounce to any other.
